What You Will Do

Hi, there, I am Henrikas – Recruiter of Talented people at Present Connection and my last task in this position is to find a new colleague to join our growing family! As planned, I am pursuing my dream of becoming a developer – I am joining the development team right here – in Present Connection. To the one who will join our Human Recourses team I can promise – you will be surrounded by wonderful and always helping colleagues and your workday always will be full of adventures.
About the position:

Present Connection is a company providing professional nearshoring software development services for customers all around Europe. The company operates two offices, in Delft, The Netherlands and in Kaunas, Lithuania.

Main responsibilities: 

  • Foster new relationships and develop new ways of growing our network of talents;
  • Serve as brand ambassador at various events, like career fairs or other networking events;
  • Design and manage recruitment and selection processes – sourcing, scheduling, interviewing, creating offers and onboarding;
  • Communicate regularly with other departments to get a clear view of company’s hiring needs and organizational goals;
  • Work closely with marketing department to develop creative ways for addressing talent acquisition challenges and look for the ways to solve it;
  • Proactively seek to for the ways to gain competitive advantage in attraction and sourcing of new talents.

Gross salary in this position is 1200 – 2000 EUR/month. Have in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competencies.
